What We Offer

Union Health Services works with health care providers around the country to provide allergy services and increase access to quality allergy care in their communities. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand your practice and see how we can best support you with our growing suite of allergy solutions. Learn how each can deliver better outcomes to your patients and practice.

On-Site Allergy Testing

By offering on-site allergy testing, healthcare providers can efficiently and conveniently diagnose allergic conditions in their patients. This approach allows for faster evaluation of allergies, quicker treatment planning, and better patient management, leading to improved patient care and satisfaction.

By working Union Health Services, you are able to offer your patients a range of on-site allergy testing services. This begins with our core environmental allergy testing, which tests individuals for 54 allergens, including tree, grass, and weed pollen, pet dander, dust mites, cockroaches, and more.

All testing is needle-free, conducted through a minimally invasive, scratch test method.

Allergy Shots (Subcutaneous Immunotherapy)

Allergy shots, also known as subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT), are a highly effective treatment for allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, and insect sting allergies. This therapy involves a series of injections of gradually increasing amounts of specific allergens under the skin, which helps desensitize the immune system over time. Allergy shots are tailored to each individual’s specific allergens identified through prior allergy testing. The treatment typically begins with a build-up phase where the dose of allergen is increased at regular intervals until a target dose is reached. After reaching the maintenance phase, the injections are less frequent. Allergy shots can provide long-term relief from allergy symptoms, reduce the need for allergy medications, and even prevent the development of new allergies. It is crucial to receive allergy shots under the supervision of a qualified allergist or immunologist to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Our protocol for subcutaneous immunotherapy starts patients off at a dosage low enough that it is safe to introduce either in their provider’s office or in the comfort and convenience of their own home.

Allergy Allay Drops (Sublingual Immunotherapy)

Allergy Allay Drops are considered a convenient and less invasive alternative to traditional allergy shots. They can be taken at home, under medical supervision, without the need for injections.

Union Health Services has a proprietary, needle-free alternative to allergy shots in the form of Allergy Allay Drops.

Allergy Testing Kits & Immunotherapy Services

For healthcare providers who may not be ready to integrate a fully operated allergy center into their practice, our Allergy Testing Kits offer a flexible and convenient solution. These kits are designed to provide all the necessary allergen extracts and materials needed for conducting allergy testing and can be shipped directly to your office.

Our comprehensive allergy testing services cover both environmental allergies and food allergies. We provide testing to identify specific allergens that trigger allergic reactions in patients. Additionally, our centralized immunotherapy allergy services ensure that patients receive the same long-term relief available through traditional allergy centers.

Staffing Services

For allergy specialists who already offer patients their own protocol for testing and treatment, let our strengths in training and hiring support your unique personnel needs.

Scaled Contract Options

As a value-added services provider, we understand that flexibility is important. That’s why we offer options for how you can work with us: our fully staffed Allergy Center model or Allergy Testing Kits. This allows providers to offer patients the same quality of allergy services and testing—and access to our allergy treatment options—in a manner that is scaled to their needs.
