The hiring and continuous training of your Clinical Allergy Specialist (CAS) form a crucial foundation for the success of your allergy center. While the CAS will become an integral part of your practice, Union Health Services (UHS) will manage their sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing training. As your dedicated allergy partner, the CAS will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional allergy care to your patients. They will be responsible for various essential tasks, including:
